Design Hypothesis - Ipotesi di progetto

This is only one hypothesis in order to show the possibilities of the building; one big 240 m2 house, or two 120 m2, with an inner courtyard of 30 m2 and four terraces.

Questa è solo una ipotesi per mostrare le possibilità: una grande casa da 240 m2 o due da 120 m2 con un cortile interno di 30 m2. e quattro terrazze.

Questa è una seconda ipotesi, meno convenzionale......

La regione - The region

Noto is the most easterly of a chain of baroque towns now protected as a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is also perhaps the most perfect of the baroque towns, which were all rebuilt in flamboyant style following a major earthquake in 1693. 15 minutes from the Vendicari nature reserve, with some of the finest sandy beaches in Sicily, pleasingly under populated even in the height of summer. Vendicari is also home to thousands of migrating flamingos, and sea turtles nest on its beaches.
In Sicily, in the heart of Mediterranean sea, to 55 minutes from Catania airport and to 25 minutes from Syracuse, there is Noto, "Garden of Stone", "European Capital of Baroque".
